Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure; 50% refund 15–29 days before; non-refundable within 14 days. Some cruise or flight components have separate terms which we confirm in writing.

Within 14 days of departure the tour is non-refundable, though we will always try to reschedule or offer credit where possible.

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Yes — in most cases we can move your booking to another date or tour. Contact us and we will help.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips; it is not included in tour prices.

Most nationalities need a visa or e-visa (around $25 USD). We provide guidance and approval letters where applicable; visa fees are not included.
