These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vietnamxinchao.com and any tour, cruise or travel service you book with Vietnam Xin Chao. By booking with us you accept these terms.
Booking & quotes
Requesting a quote is free and places you under no obligation. A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing and the required deposit has been received. Please review your confirmation carefully and tell us immediately of any errors.
Prices & payment
- Prices are quoted per person in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and are confirmed at the time of booking.
- A 20% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due before departure as stated on your confirmation.
- We accept major credit/debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal and bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely; we do not store full card details.
Changes & cancellations by you
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure: full refund.
- 15–29 days before: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days before: non-refundable.
Some cruise, flight or third-party components may carry separate, stricter terms, which we will confirm to you in writing before you pay. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days.
Changes or cancellation by us
Occasionally we may need to change itineraries due to weather, safety, availability or other circumstances beyond our control, and your guide may adjust the route on the day to keep the experience safe and enjoyable. If we must cancel a tour for reasons within our control, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure you hold a valid passport and any required visa for Vietnam; visa fees are not included unless stated.
- Make sure you are fit to participate in your chosen activities and disclose any relevant medical conditions or dietary needs in advance.
- Arrive on time for pick-ups and follow your guide’s reasonable safety instructions.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, and personal belongings. Insurance is not included in our prices.
Liability
We take great care in selecting our guides and partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vietnam Xin Chao is not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes or government action.
Intellectual property & content
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Vietnam Xin Chao. If you take part in our creator/UGC program, we will only re-share your content with your permission and will credit you, under terms agreed before publication.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
